A holographic only fires on a flat, hard base.

Reflective particles need a level surface. On a ridged or oily nail they sink and the flash goes flat.

  1. Nail Prep on a lint-free pad, to strip oils.
  2. Two coats of Base Coat, each dried to matte.
  3. Two coats of colour.
  4. One coat of Top Coat to seal and shine.
